The system for multiple actions will be simplified from the Wraith Second Edition rulebook.
A character can perform multiple actions in a turn, but all actions will suffer in effectiveness from multi-tasking. When deciding to perform multiple actions, the player must first determine how many actions the character will be performing. This total can include reserving actions for contested rolls, such as dodge. The specific order of actions need not be determined at this time, simply the total number to be attempted.
Once the total number of actions to be performed and/or reserved is established, the die-pool for character’s first action in the round will suffer a penalty equal to that total. The penalty for each subsequent action will be increased by one for each additional action.
It is possible, and likely, that reserved actions may never be used, but the penalty will, nevertheless, remain on all other actions performed in the turn.
